Synopsis & Outline
The Leverage through
Leadership program is designed to help you gain cooperation from others
using interpersonal skills and coping strategies. You will learn how to function in and/or develop a more committed
and productive workforce.
I.
Duration
The Leverage
through Leadership program is intended for adult
learners attending classes either on a full-time, part-day basis OR in coach
facilitated, one-on-one sessions.
The program is intensive with regularly
scheduled sessions and self-paced course work encompassing 60 hours over 3
weeks. Full-time participants should plan to spend 20 hours per week in
sessions and additional time per week in home study. Coach facilitated participants should plan to spend approximately
5 hours each week with the Coach and additional time to complete assignments.

II.
Objectives
The program focuses on realistic and practical
techniques that mirror workplace situations.

granted a certificate in Leverage
through Leadership – Supervisory & Leadership Skills,
participants must attend a minimum of 90% of the program, successfully complete
required course work and demonstrate understanding and competency in human
relation skills by earning a minimum final grade of 75%.
