Jayne Barron's professional training in adult education at Vancouver Community College and University College of the Fraser Valley is reinforced by 20 years of business experience in administration, management, marketing and business technologies.

Jayne has over 7 years' experience delivering seminars and classroom instruction in business development strategies, entrepreneurship, personal effectiveness and business software applications. The foundation of her approach is a sound instinct for streamlining, improving productivity and achieving goals.

Jayne's aspiration is to mentor and motivate people to set and reach their own goals for success. Her flare for developing relationships of trust and her gracious yet dynamic approach has earned her an excellent reputation for helping her clients prepare for challenges ahead.

As a Business Consultant, her goal is to instill confidence within each client and to provide information that enhances decision making. Jayne will coach and train until the desired level of confidence is achieved.

Jayne also offers her expertise in computer technology through value-added services such as systems brokering and software training in over 20 different software applications with a focus on Microsoft products.

Jayne is active in community initiatives, including three education committees and two Chambers of Commerce. Jayne provides group business counseling through the local Chamber of Commerce, and privately with her clients. Jayne is a member of ASPECT, BC's network of community trainers and is registered with the Private Post-Secondary Education Commission to provide quality training programs.
