Specialists in Human Resource development, Information Technology and Entrepreneurship. Our services include training, coaching, consulting, tutoring, mentoring and advising in business, career and personal development throughout Western Canada.

Our fundamental objective is to assist individuals and organizations with "continuous improvement" by delivering quality-training programs that provide the necessary skills to boost performance levels.

Our methodology is to create a client-centered learning environment conducive to self-motivation. As this is accomplished, participants become responsible for their own learning and are more likely to transfer their new skills back to the workplace.

How do we do this? Our skilled facilitators endeavor to focus on the trainee rather than the training topic. By drawing out real world situations and merging these with hands-on scenarios, role-plays, and even games, the facilitator empowers the learner and increases retention of the topic. In short, participants become solidly prepared to tackle what lies ahead in their personal and professional lives.
